Kay’s Closet Consignment will follow the same preparation guidelines and consignment fee as Just For Kids. It will run concurrent with the Just For Kids Sale and share the same Receiving, Open, Pick-up and Pay Dates. You do not need to consign children’s/maternity items in the Just For Kids area in order to consign in Kay’s Closet. You do need to consign at least 15 items to shop early. You must sign up separately for Kay’s Closet as the database of items/brands is different. Write down your Consignor ID and password. You set your price and keep 2/3! Items must meet the following criteria: · All sizes accepted from petites to plus. · Everything MUST be in LIKE-NEW CONDITION · QUALITY items only please! · Quality means name brand and better department store brand names · < 3 yrs old, CURRENT STYLES ONLY please, anything older just won’t sell · Fresh, Clean and odor-free (Dry-clean or freshly launder before bringing to Receiving) · Spring/Summer clothing for Spring Sale · Fall/Winter clothing for Fall Sale DON’T’S:
Other items or accessories you might consider consigning are: scarves, handbags, gloves/hats, coats/jackets/sweaters (as appropriate for the current sale season) We have had a few requests for a special section dedicated to medical/nursing scrubs. If there are enough brought in we will have a separate area for them.
