Vendor Marketplace Just For Kids Consignment Sale is a twice a year event targeted specifically to Moms, expectant parents and children. The Vendor Marketplace is a unique way for businesses geared toward women, children, and families to get in front of busy parents. We bring your clientele to you! By choosing to promote your business at our sale you become a partner of Just For Kids. Your success is very important to us. We will do everything we can to direct shoppers to you! Below are the available options. There are a limited number of vendor spaces. J Please Note: All Goody Bag items must be dropped off at Just For Kids by Sunday, May 18 (1p-6p) Please Note: Options 1 & 2 are NOT available Spring, 2008. Options 3 & 4 are still available! Advertising Opportunities: · 10 X 10 space available to you for all the hours we are open to the public plus our Preview Sale night. · Opportunity to provide us with 200 items for our Goody Bags. We will pass them out to the first 200 shoppers starting at the Volunteer Preview Sale. (Items could be samples, info sheet w/coupon, business card w/brochure, key chains, magnets, etc.) · Receive 1 (one) Shopping pass to attend the Volunteer Preview Sale Thursday, Sept 20 from 7pm-9pm! Option #2: Vendor Space (1 day only) $35 · 10 X10 space available to you our Saturday only (Sept 22) · Opportunity to provide us with 200 items for our Goody Bags. We will pass them out to the first 200 shoppers starting at the Volunteer Preview Sale. (Items could be samples, info sheet w/coupon, business card w/brochure, key chains, magnets, etc.) Option #3: $20 Goody Bag Participation only · Provide us with 200 promotional items for our goody bags! What a great way to promote your business! (Items could be samples, info sheet w/coupon, business card w/brochure, key chains, magnets, etc.) · Any extra promotional items will be place on our “Vendor Info Table” · No booth space Option #4: $20 Advertise on our website! · Display your advertisement on our Vendor Marketplace web page! Ads will be displayed through the current sale until we accept renewals for the next sale. This is approximately 5 months of advertising. You can include a link to your own website! Include a little about what you do, your name, logo, phone number, email address and website (Could be scan of your business card). · Number of available ads are limited Here are a few advantages of advertising and operating a booth at the Just For Kids Vendor Marketplace: · We will bring your target clientele to you! · Priority Spaces given to Consignors and Option #1 Vendors · We will give future advertising consideration to previous advertisers. So, start advertising with us now, and you can continue with us in future sales as long as you like. Suggestions to Attract Shoppers: We recommend that you draw shoppers to your booth by holding some kind of “giveaway” or offering samples. When shoppers enter their information for a giveaway, it’s an excellent way to build your mailing list. Please remember to have registration slips, pens, and a box for the slips at your booth. Vendor Booth Guidelines · 10 X 10 Space provided. You supply your own table, chair and signage · Family Friendly businesses only! · You May NOT sell items from your booth (or your carL). · 1 vendor per space please! · You may pass out samples, take orders, book a party or a showing, hold a drawing, have customers added to your mailing list, etc...- whatever will help you to promote your business. · In order to take full advantage of the one on one opportunity we advise having someone at your table during our busiest times. · Make your space shine! Have fun with décor, make it attractive! Remember, a great presentation attracts people!!! · Set up is Thursday Sept 20, 2pm · Fee must be paid by Monday, Sept 17. · Reservation is not confirmed until payment is received. Contact me for availability and agreement form before sending any money. · All businesses must be approved by Just For Kids · We reserve the right to remove any materials or vendors. · Just For Kids, owner, spouse, Lessor is not responsible for any loss or damage of vendor merchandise or materials. · All payments non-refundable after Sept 20.
