Where

The location is the former Conservatory of Music space in Riverside Plaza.  This is behind Staples and just north of Burlington Coat Factory on south US 41 in Terre Haute, IN.

We will not have shopping carts

RECEIVING DATES

Only bar-coded tags accepted.  See Particpant Info for details. 

Sorry, no Handwritten Inventory Sheets accepted.  Please utilize a friend's computer or the computer at the library if necessary

Receiving

  • Sunday     Apr. 10          1pm - 7pm

  • Monday     Apr. 11           9am - 8pm : Last day to bring items for this sale.

Deadline for item entry is 11PM Saturday, Apr. 9. 

You can still print tags and prepare items until Monday, Apr. 11, but no new items can be entered after Apr. 9.


Appointments:  Appointments are only accepted (and are REQUIRED) for consignors bringing more than 100 items.  Your appointment will be on one of the current Receiving dates.  Click --> Drop off Appointment Scheduling to make an appointment.  If you have less than 100 items, please drop by anytime during the Receiving hours posted here.  Remember that lunch times and after school/work times are busiest.


PICKUP DAY

Monday, Apr. 18   3pm - 6pm
No appointment needed.

You must have your consignor ID# and Drivers License or Picture ID.

  • Any items not picked up on Pickup Day by 6pm are automatically donated. Don’t forget this Pickup Date and time if you want your unsold items back!

You may have a friend pick up your unsold items on Pickup Day (they must present your consignor ID# for verification).

*If, on the ‘Enter Items’ pages, you selected to donate your unsold items, please note the following:  These items are coded for us to pull before we start our SORT.  They will not be available for pickup except for charity.  If you change your mind after selecting to donate them, we cannot guarantee the items.

What if I miss Pickup Day?

Unfortunately, we are unable to keep unsold items in the store past Pickup Day. We have a deadline in which to disassemble our fixtures and move out of the space. Your unsold items will be donated to charity.

You are responsible for remembering to come on Pickup Day.

If you do not pick up your items on Pickup Day, they are donated.
